Webb“The Pale Horse” is a very entertaining mystery novel of Agatha Christie. It was published in the 1960s when she was an accomplished, mature author. According to my studies it is a standalone novel. It is of shorter length and is easily comprehended. As with every other Agatha Christie novel that I have read there is no obscenity. WebbFrom the white gates I can see a stripe: a green road lined with young birch trees. Yellow fields border the road on both sides. The rye whispers, and oats droop their heavy heads. In the noonday heat I will lie down on the soft earth. The ears of corn stand like an army and the poppies are bright red.
