Auto Limit OverRide, this stays set and will allow you to just press the reset and jog off a limit right away without having to go to the settings page.

"Units" in mach3 refers to inches or millimeters, whichever you are running Mach3 in. There is no other unit that I'm aware of. Incidentally, G20 is inches and G21 is metric or millimeters.
