Mit einem Dark Rock 4 (non-Pro) erreicht der auch die 90°C, … WebI had no thermal issues with the 3600 (no surprise there), but this AIO just cannot keep up with the new X3D chip. Idle temps in the 60's, low gaming load (~15% utilization) in the 80's, and any form of all core load jumps directly to 90C and throttles aggressively. I don't think the pump is dead as lowering the pump speed does increase temps.
