WebSep 23, 2011 · We have a 2000 Volvo 770 with a 600 ISX Cummins (Signature Series). There is a fault code that says there is a low fuel delivery. About half of the time the truck runs great and couldn't run smoother. The other half, it runs rough like there is a big cam in it. It will do this at an idle and also going down the road. WebIt turns out that its not that he isnt getting any boost, but the boost pressure is much lower. It is peaking at around 24 psi where it used to peak around 34 psi. Rpm's will not go above 1800 where it used to hit 2000. it also is sluggish, taking longer to reach speeds. There is no smoke or miss in the engine. Gina-Moderator, Expert
