It does this but it is also backing them up to my C: drive. 103 GB worth of space. I've tried checking the box "Files On-Demand" but this doesn't seem to do anything. One drive is a cloud storage but when you sync it on your system it will consume local storage but there is option that you mention which files you don't need to sync.
