The reason for this is the fluid in the chain pan is pressureised and nothing hydraulic works. The engine starts fine,idles fine. My question is how do i eliminate pressure in the chain pan? This is oil or hydraulic fluid leaking down the inside OF the tire. I should have made that clearer. I'm guessing a axle seal or something like that.

The only question I have is when lightly initial engagement of the hand drive controls there seems to be a slight bit of vibration and grinding sensation.
